Entry Level Inside Sales and Customer Service Agent

As a fast-growing residential services company, we need awesome people to take care of our awesome customers. This person will respond to new customer inquiries from a variety of online sources, provide them with information on our incredible services, and hopefully schedule them for a service visit.

Our customer service team is critical to attaining our vision of bringing top-notch services to more homes across the U.S. We were #2845 on the Inc. 5000 this year but we’re not stopping there!

This position entails being super responsive to customer inquiries via text, email and phone and being comfortable using those mediums.

     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Immediately respond to customer inquiries via email, text messaging, and phone calls
    • Continue to follow up on those inquiries until the customer has made a decision
    • Utilize our internal processes and software to properly quote and schedule services
    • Support customers as needed to ensure the job is completed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Multi-tasking is a MUST
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • A need to please attitude – if our customers are happy, we’re happy 😉
    • Experience with CRMs a plus
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
